Woodland School

Woodland School in Traverse City needed a new logo. They’d just adopted an eagle as their mascot and have always been located on 250 acres of woods. I wanted to combine the eagle, woods and the W into a strong mark.

Over the years I’ve created many shirts for Woodland. This one was for the school’s one yearly fundraiser, Hike-A-Thon.

A fun shirt for a great show.

I love being able to riff on designs for Woodland’s theater program. This shirt for Singin’ in the Rain brings the playfulness of the show together with the iconic umbrella imagery of the classic film.

A slightly spooky design for a slightly spooky show.

It’s hard not to picture Quentin Blake when thinking of Roald Dahl. Rather than reinvent the wheel here, I just leaned on some original illustrations to build out this great shirt.
